Rural Enderby B.C. residents vote ‘no’ to mosquito-control service

Voters in rural Enderby, B.C., came out overwhelming against a plan to create a mosquito-control program on Saturday. Of 1,345 valid ballots cast, only 114 favoured the proposal.
